Great coffee comes from great beans, and our house-roasted coffee is no exception.
We start with fair-trade, organic, Peruvian coffee beans that are shade grown in an effort to reduce rainforest canopy loss due to coffee plantation clearcutting practices. When the coffee "cherries" are perfectly ripe they are picked and dehulled by hand, leaving two raw coffee beans per fruit that must then be dried thoroughly before they are sent out to be roasted.
This is where we come in. We understand the painstaking effort spent harvesting each and every bean we receive, and in turn, we invest the expertise and care necessary in order to bring out the complex flavor and aroma hidden inside. Our micro-batch roasting process results in consistently smooth and full-flavored coffee we know you'll love.
